Hi, I am Nikhil
I started my journey in the world of business in December 2008. The business I joined had created a powerful niche in digital textile printing. We had a 95% market share, but every day was a challenge. Getting things done was a challenge. In parallel, the same story was happening in my family business of garment exports and manufacturing.
This led me on a journey of setting up a brand new systems and team-driven facility for my family business spread over 33,000 sq. ft. with a team size of 500+ people in 3 short months. Followed by 3X-ing our manufacturing capacity in 8 short months.
That's when I realized there are better ways of doing business. So when my family decided to exit the industry altogether, I made it my mission to make sure that no business owner goes through what I did. That's how Bulletproof Teams was born, where I help business Owners set up their business to run and grow without them and create a meaningful impact through their life's work.
